Intensive Care and Resuscitation

Intensive Care and Resuscitation Unit (ICRU) at Arabkir JMC&ICAH provides specialized medical care to critically ill infants, children and adolescents: 1 month – 18 years old.

ICRU at Arabkir JMC&ICAH equipped with all modern facilities which allows it to provide complex specialized assistance.

The ICRU at Arabkir JMC&ICAH is one of the largest ICUs in Armenia that provides in-patient and out-patient specialized care. It realizes transportation of patients in critical condition from different regions (marzes) of Armenia, as well as provide them with consultation in place.

verakendanacumThe department is the only one in Armenia providing specialized care and assistance to children with renal failure with the use of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis methods.

Our staff regularly participates in the trainings in Armenia and foreign states to keep abreast of the new developments and innovative approaches.

The head of ICRU Ashot Gyulbudaghyan, being an Anaesthesiology and Intensive Therapy Assistant of Faculty of Postgraduate and Continuing Education, takes part in specialization process of residents of Yerevan State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi.
